Fleur is an information platform for finance and investment, developed with a consciously genderneutral design approach. In a field traditionally perceived as male-dominated, where communication and visual language have long been tailored primarily to men, Fleur challenges these norms. The platform offers an accessible and educational entry point into financial topics, supporting financial literacy for everyone, regardless of gender. With a gender pay gap of 18% and an even larger gender pension gap of 49%, Fleur aims to contribute to greater emancipation and equality in financial decision-making. Its design deliberately avoids stereotypical visual codes, such as gendered color schemes, and instead promotes an inclusive, modern and unbiased aesthetic that redefines how financial information can be communicated.
